It looked like the fish pan, but it was not, although you could use it for fish if you wanted.
The fish pan was 20 x 12 x 3 and had no lid. This pan was 20 x 9 x 4 1/4.
That would make it a 13 quart dutch oven.
It looks like the former Emerilware smoker, also discontinued.
I wish someone made something in this basic shape, but with legs and a rim on the lid. I would use it for sooo many things, including fish, french bread, etc...

ReplyDeleteI suppose since the lid is flat you can still put coals on top if you're careful, and use two texsport 4 in 1 trivets to hold them up over coals. See my article on rigging up a camp oven.
