I have so many leftovers in the fridge.
Often it's a single serving of several different things-- not enough for all to have the same thing.
So on those occasions, dinner is what I call "the leftovers buffet."
I put each leftover on its own small skillet or griddle, and reheat in the oven at 250.
So everyone can have a little bit of everything. It's like a potluck!
