What I didn't think would be so good...

I've made chicken and pork chops from "salvaged sauce", or sauce from a previous night's meal. I've never done it with fish.

I had some leftover sauce from the other night's pot roast, and was tired of chicken. So I decided to try it on baked fish.

Just laid out the fish fillets, poured over the sauce, into the oven at 350.

I wasn't sure it would be so good, but we liked it very much!

The original sauce was cream of chicken soup, mixed with beef base, onion powder, garlic powder, and onion flakes, poured over pot roast.
