Being very passionate about cast iron cooking, I decided to start a blog.

another salvaged sauce concoction
I have sauce left over from
the other night's pork chops
, and some celery that I needed to use up.
I figured both would go well with chicken, so into the cast iron pot they went, along with some boneless chicken, to slow cook.
Added some garlic cloves, chopped onion, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
