"heat and eat" holiday meals

Being the 4th of July, your grocery store probably has prepared "heat and eat" meals for sale, such as ribs and brisket.

What I usually do, is heat them up on a cast iron skillet, on the BBQ grill.

It could be done in the oven, but this way, you don't heat up the house.

Yet another use for cast iron!
