modified version of Hangtown Fry

I have this cookbook called "Cast Iron Cuisine: From Breakfast to Dessert", and the first recipe I tried from the book was "Hangtown Fry."

I wanted to try that one first, since it calls for oysters, and sadly, we might not have those available for very long. I modified it from the original recipe, as I usually do, and it came out fantastic.

Melted some butter in a cast iron skillet. Added chopped onions and cooked for a couple of minutes. Took some oysters, coated in bread crumbs, and added them to the mix, one by one, cooked for a few minutes. Added chopped ham. Then scrambled in eggs. That's it!

The original recipe called for bacon, but I wanted to make it a little less bad for me, so I used ham.
